What Is Considered a Plumbing Emergency That Needs Immediate Attention?

A plumbing emergency is an urgent issue that risks damage or loss of service, such as burst pipes, major leaks, or sewer backups. We also treat frozen/burst pipes, water heater failures, and failed sump, sewage ejector, or well pumps as emergencies in Franklin and nearby towns. Priority Plan members get 24-hour emergency access for true home emergencies; clogged drains do not qualify. After-hours pricing: $269 dispatch, time-and-a-half Mon–Sat, double time Sundays. Repairs include a 2-year warranty.
